SUBMIT FORM AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Submit the following documents to TMC Aesthetic College to process your application to the program:

STUDENT

- TMC Aesthetic College Application Form
- Photocopy of NRIC of the student (front & back)
- A copy of the Birth certificate
- A copy of Water bill / Electric bill
- A copy of CIMB bank account
- A copy of school leaving certificate
- A copy of a passport-size photo on white background

GUARANTOR

- Photocopy of NRIC of the student (front & back)
- A copy of 3 months salary slip

RECEIVE NOTIFICATION FROM TMC AESTHETIC COLLEGE

TMC Aesthetic College is now reviewing your application. Once your application has been approved, your student enrolment advisor will inform you of your acceptance into the program. You will also be notified of the orientation date.
